These terms outline the basis on which Rowley Advisory Partners provides advisory and private-office coordination services. A formal engagement letter will apply once we agree to act for you.
Nature of our services
Rowley provides specialist advisory coordination for racing professionals and private clients. Depending on the engagement, this may include tax and accountancy support, private-office coordination, introductions to trusted partners, and related planning support. We are not a volume agency; work is discreet, by introduction and by appointment.
Not regulated financial advice
Where financial planning, investment, mortgage or insurance advice is required, this is provided by appropriately authorised third-party partners. Rowley coordinates and introduces; regulated advice is given only by those authorised firms. See our Regulatory Status page for more detail.
Confidentiality
We treat client information as confidential and expect the same discretion from anyone we introduce. You should not share sensitive materials with us until we have confirmed the appropriate channel and engagement terms.
Fees
Fees depend on the scope of work and are confirmed in writing before engagement. Initial conversations to understand fit and needs may be arranged without obligation. Ongoing private-office arrangements are typically structured as a clear monthly or annual engagement.
Your responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide information that is accurate and complete so far as you are aware.
- Tell us promptly about material changes in your circumstances.
- Respond to reasonable requests needed to progress agreed work.
Limitations
We are not responsible for advice given by third-party professionals you appoint, except to the extent we have expressly agreed in writing to coordinate a specific matter. Website content is general information only and is not personal advice.
